大断面开切眼组合桁架控制技术研究

摘要: 为了研究大断面开切眼围岩破坏及控制技术,以山西王家岭矿4号煤层开切眼为工程背景,采用现场调研分析、数值模拟、现场施工试验与实测相结合的方法,研究了特大断面开切眼的变形破坏特征,详细分析了组合锚索桁架主动控制原理、布置方式及优越性,最终提出采用组合锚索桁架主动控制的原理与相应技术,得出适应于现场的详细支护方案并实施。工程实践验证了该支护指导思想和技术的科学性。

Abstract: In order to study large section starting cut surrounding rock damage and control technology, the paper as the 4th coal seam of a mine in Shanxi engineering background. The use of research, numerical simulation, site construction test and measurement method of combining, research on the deformation and failure of large section starting cut, detailed analysis of the composition anchor truss active control principle, layout and advantages, final proposed composite cable truss control technology and principle, obtained detailed support plan and implement on site. Engineering practice verified the scientific and technical support guiding ideology, and in this hope that similar to other parts of the roadway mine for reference.
